Shipping and handling. Orders are best shipped UPS. We can ship by truck. All shipping costs are calculated from University Park Illinois. Shipping and handling costs will be added to all orders. Special shipping and  handling requests can be reviewed and addressed when submitted in writing.

Shortages or non-receipt must be reported to us within 15 days of the ship date.

Return policy. All unblemished books that are not torn, mutilated, scuffed, or defaced in any way maybe returned for credit or refund within one year of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to 2427 Bond St, University Park, IL 60466.

Resale and tax exempt numbers. Sales tax will be added for all Illinois customers unless a resale number or tax-exempt number is furnished when placing the order.

Promotional materials. We can supply photographic files of our publications for your catalog work. See press on our web site.

Credit. Orders can be shipped prepaid. Requests for credit must be accompanied by a bank and three trade references. 

Terms are 30 days from date of the invoice. A finance charge of 1.5 percent per month will be added to all balances over 30 days.
